参赛选手领物须知

Notice of Distribution for contestants

（一）领取时间及地点：

（二）选手需领取的参赛物品：

　　　To Get Competition Articles:  

注：参加迷你比赛者需根据终点计时器显示的时间自行填写比赛成绩。

Note: to those who participate in the mini marathon have to fill out the results of the competition by themselves according to the time on the timer.

参赛T恤尺码在现场选择，现场发放；因部分尺码数量有限，组委会将于发放日每日上、下午平均定量发放部分尺码参赛T恤，请选手安排好时间，错峰领取。参赛T恤一经发放，组委会不予退换；

Selection and distribution of competition T-shirt's size will be on the scene; due to the size limited, the organizing committee will distribute section size of T-shirt in the morning and afternoon quantitatively, please arrange your time and avoid the peak time. Once the competition T-shirt is issued, it can not be exchange a purchase.

（三）领取参赛物品需提交的材料：

1、选手本人领取：

1. Received by participants

　　A．提交2014秦皇岛国际马拉松参赛物品领取单（登录赛事官网“领物查询”，自行核对信息，下载打印并签字）;

　　B．提交参赛选手本人报名身份证件复印件;

　　C．提交由县级以上医院医疗部门出具的身体健康证明材料;

　　D. 手写签名的参赛声明书

A. Submit the competition articles of 2014 Qinhuangdao International Marathon Competition (login the competition website and "number Inquiry", check the Information, download and print it out, sign your name)

B. Submit participants’ original and photocopy of identity card.

C. Submit the health certifications issued by hospitals above the county level.

D. Submit the letter of statement with handwritten signature.

2、他人代领：（可代领2人）

Obtained through others (can only obtain on behalf of 2 participants)

A．提交2014秦皇岛国际马拉松参赛物品领取单

   （登录赛事官网“领物查询”，自行核对信息，下载打印并签字）;

A. Submit the competition articles of 2014 Qinhuangdao International Marathon Competition (login the competition website and "number Inquiry", check the Information, download and print it out, sign your name)

B．提交参赛选手本人报名身份证件复印件;

B. Submit participants’ original and photocopy of identity card.

C．提交代领委托授权书

       （登录赛事官网“领物查询”，自行下载打印并签字）

D．提交代领人身份证件复印件;

D. Submit the authorized person’s original and photocopy of identity card.

E.提交由县级以上医院医疗部门出具的一年内身体健康证明材料;检查项目必须包含心电图、胸透、血压、脉搏等；

E. Submit the health certifications of this year issued by hospitals above the county level. The project must include electrocardiogram, chest X-ray, blood pressure etc.

3、领取流程

3.Process

Step 1. Select the size of participant T-shirt on the scene; fill it on the article list by yourself.

Step 2.      Go to the corresponding window, thereby submit the article list and other materials and check your personal information.

Step 3. After check your personal information, get back your materials and receive participant’s articles.

*对于未按上述规定提交相关材料的选手，组委会有权拒绝发放参赛物品*

For participants who can not submit the above regulations related materials, the organizing committee reserves the right of refusing distribution of participant's articles.
